Cottage Holidays. We also take bookings direct according to
the tariff below, although provisional bookings through
Marsdens will take priority. Please refer to their website for
up-to-date
availability.

The Lodge is available all year and is normally booked weekly. However short breaks are possible out of the high season, and can start on any day of the week - see pricing details at end of this page.
Changeover day for the Lodge is Friday.
The rental of a 3 night break is 75% of the weekly tariff for that period, 4 nights is 80% and 5 nights is 85%. For Short Breaks beginning on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday the rent for the following Friday applies. For Short Breaks beginning Saturday, Sunday or Monday the rent for the previous Friday applies.
A deposit of one third the total amount is required to confirm a provisional booking with the balance due two months before the commencement of the holiday. Bookings made within two months of the commencement of the holiday must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Up to two well-behaved dogs (or other pets!) are welcome though not allowed in the bedrooms. An additional charge of £20 per week is made if bringing a dog.
Fishing is available from the garden (during the fishing season of 15th March - 30th September). Note that anyone over the age of 12 needs a valid rod licence from the Environment Agency to go fishing.
Please Note! Our location in a valley does mean that there is a steep drive down from the road with two tight bends - easily manageable with cars, possible with vans, but not advised for trailers!
